01 Scanner

Scan, stamp, done.

Staff open the scanner on any phone, the guest shows their QR code and the stamp is on the card that instant. No extra hardware, no POS connection, no training.

  • Guest bought three coffees? Set three stamps on + and scan once
  • Card full? The scanner asks: use the reward, yes or no

The guest shows their card

The guest's card has its own QR code. Staff point the camera at it and the scan is done in a second, with a sound and a green check so nobody has to stare at the screen.

You choose how many stamps

One purchase, one stamp. And if a guest pays for several at once, say three coffees for the table, you set three on + and all three stamps land in one scan. The guest sees them right away on their phone.

The reward is confirmed in the same place

Once the guest has collected every stamp, the scanner offers the reward on the next scan. Staff confirm with one tap, the guest gets it free, the card starts over.

03 Custom messages and coupons

A reward at the right moment.

A thank-you after the fifth purchase, a dessert coupon after the twentieth. You set the rule, the card runs it on its own.

  • Pick the purchase number, once or every time
  • The coupon carries its own QR, staff redeem it with the scanner
  • The guest sees it all on the card, no app and no SMS

What does each option mean?

You build a rule in half a minute: Dashboard, the Guest messages section. You pick three things, here is what each one means.

The "On which purchase" field

When the message arrives

You enter the purchase number that triggers the message. Enter 10 and the message appears on the guest's card exactly on their tenth purchase with you.

Every purchase counts from the first stamp onward. The count does not reset when a guest uses a reward.

The "Frequency" option

Once or repeating

Once: the guest gets the message a single time, when they reach that purchase count. Handy for a welcome after the first purchase or a gift for a milestone fiftieth.

Repeating: the message arrives every so many purchases. Enter 20 and the guest gets it on the twentieth, fortieth, sixtieth purchase and so on.

The "Type" option

Thank-you or coupon

A thank-you is a note: the guest reads it on the card and closes it. It asks nothing of the staff.

A coupon carries a real gift and its own QR code. The guest shows it, staff scan it with the same scanner as stamps and the coupon is redeemed. Every coupon is valid exactly once, no abuse.

You switch all rules on and off with one master toggle, and each rule has its own. A disabled message is not deleted, it just waits until you turn it on again.

04 Your brand

The guest sees you, not us.

You pick the color from a color wheel, any color. You pick the product from a list: coffee, pasta, pizza or burger. The card, the sign-up and the QR screen follow your look.

New: add your logo too

Along with the color and card type, your logo now shows everywhere the guest looks: at the top of the card, on the sign-up screen, on the A4 poster and on the shortcut icon on the guest's phone.

Upload the logo

Dashboard, the Venue logo section, the "Upload logo" button. We accept PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB, the app resizes it for you.

Best: a transparent PNG

The logo shows inside a circle, like a profile picture. A transparent background (PNG) and at least 200 px give the cleanest result.

That's it

The moment you save it, guests see it on the card. In the same place you can replace it with a new one or remove it whenever you like.

05 Your domain

The card on your address.

With Pro, the card can live on your own subdomain, e.g. card.yourvenue.com, with no Stampresso branding. The guest scans the QR and sees only your venue.

In the app

Open the Dashboard, the Your domain section, and enter the subdomain you want, e.g. card.yourvenue.com.

At your domain registrar

That is the site where you bought the domain (or your hosting control panel). In the DNS settings add a new CNAME record, the option is usually called "Add record". The name is the first part of your subdomain, the value is our address:

Back in the app

Open the Dashboard again, the Your domain section, and click the "Check DNS" button. If the check doesn't pass the first time, nothing is broken: a new record sometimes needs a few minutes to a few hours to take effect, try again later.

Once the check passes, we activate the domain, usually within 24h. You follow the status the whole time in the same place.

06 Notifications on the phone

A reminder that brings guests back.

The card can send a real notification to the guest's phone, like any app. You set up nothing: with the Pro plan it just works on its own.

  • It arrives the day after a visit, not while the guest is still at the counter
  • It's sent only when there's a reason: a coupon waiting, a ready reward or the last stamp before one
  • The guest decides: they turn notifications on and off on their own card

Besides the automatic reminders, you can now send a message to all your guests yourself. A weekend deal, a new dish, changed hours: you type it and it lands on their phones.

One click and the message reaches every guest who turned notifications on. In the same place you see how many are currently receiving messages.

No spamming

One notification per day, so messages stay rare and worth reading. The automatic reminders keep running alongside, on their own.

Works on Android and iPhone. On iPhone notifications arrive once the guest adds the card to the home screen, and the card reminds them to do that.
